I quite agree with you about the ages of the actors in 'S&A Forever.' Not only were the twins too young, but so was Tom I thought and, particularly, so was the Admiral (played by Rosemary Leach.)
I saw Rosemary Leach about a week ago in an episode of 'Midsomer Murders' made some seventeen years later, and I thought to myself, "What a good Mrs Barrable she'd make," before I realised that indeed she had been her. But in the film not nearly old enough, in my opinion, to have once been Mrs Callum's teacher.
