The trouble is David many of those who go to the original works are then disappointed by it not being the same as the Disnified version, and give up. Worse are the ones who imagine that the Disney version is the original and view the the original as an imposter! This is most obvious with the Disney versions of Winnie the Pooh. Thankfully, AR has not suffered this fate.
